The Role: 12 months
We are recruiting for a Business Readiness & Implementation lead, to join a Migration Programme Team within Customer Savings and Investments.
The Retail & Savings (R&S) business is radically transforming and consolidating its policy administration IT platforms. This is part of a massive digital enablement ambition to put self-service capabilities in the hands of its customers, advisors and trustees while providing the latest toolset to the operations when they deal with the customers. R&S require a Migration Business Readiness & Implementation lead to support delivery of its transformation objectives. This will include oversight of Migration readiness across M&G and third parties.

Key Responsibilities for this role:
- Ensuring preparations for the delivery of Migration are controlled, communicated, understood and achieved without negative external impacts and disruption to Customer and Adviser communities
- Ensuring that the required implementation plans are in place, including third party implementation/transition & cutover activities are planned, agreed and tracked to completion
- Responsible for oversight and readiness tracking across M&G ahead of go live (and through Warranty Phase) and the oversight of third party Operational readiness and tracking
- Working in partnership with a broad variety of stakeholders across the organisation and third parties
- Ensuring risk and issues are managed proactively across multiple sets of internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing guidance to Sponsor and senior stakeholders state of readiness, risk management and recommendations as to "go-live" decisions
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience of Business Readiness & Implementation within a Transformation Programme
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with third parties to achieve results
- Experience of resolving conflicts and obstacles within change deliveries
- Strong experience of risk analysis and action planning
- Strong stakeholder manager
- Detailed knowledge of project constraints and complexity
- Detailed knowledge of risk management principles and their impacts on projects
- Detailed knowledge of project methodologies, planning processes and techniques
