My client, a well reputed investment management firm is looking to hire a compliance professional to support its Head of Compliance.

Compliance Associate (12 Months contract)

Morgan Mckinley is working in partnership with a boutique investment management firm on a 12 Months Compliance Associate role to support the Head of Compliance. This role is convertible to permanent on the basis of performance.

Job Description

• Assist in smooth running of compliance monitoring function, including adherence to corporate and regulatory policies and
• Provide compliance support such as periodic reporting to management, monitoring training, updating compliance policies and
• Keep up to date on regulatory developments and advise the business on compliance matter across both regulatory compliance and
• Support onboarding of new relationships, ensuring no overdue KYC reviews, ad-hoc KYC reviews are timely completed, effective transaction monitoring Perform investigation and escalate if required.
• Assist in reviewing outsourcing arrangements and developing a checklist to ensure adhering to MAS outsourcing
• Responsible for regular regulatory filings in Singapore

The Successful Applicant

• A degree holder with 1-2 years of working experience in compliance, audit and/or risk management function within an asset management
• Open to candidates from Big4 or outsourced compliance services industry with experience specialising in funds/financial services industry
