We're hiring in our Victorian Strategic Account Management team!

The Strategic Account Management (SAM) team works to Engage, Acquire, Contract, Evolve and Retain clients working in collaboration with the Recruitment consultants in the business. The SAM team are currently looking for an ambitious Relationship Manager to join the team.

Equipped with the skills, solutions, and technological capabilities of a true leadership partner, you'll put our customers at the heart of everything you do. We deliver holistic workforce solutions, including RPOs and MSPs, to solve the challenges our customers face today, tomorrow and in the future.

As a Senior Relationship Manager you will;
  • Contribute to the strategic direction and successful management of multiple key client accounts
  • Ensure all business opportunities are maximized
  • Establish and build effective partnerships with your portfolio of clients, developing account initiatives and ensuring year on year growth for the accounts is achieved
  • Work with consultants to communicate fee structures, client arrangements, report on activity and conduct service reviews
  • Be the key point of escalation for the client and effective resolve any issues
  • Manage enquiries from prospective clients and convert new business opportunities
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced recruitment professional with a demonstrated background of providing service excellence to your clients. You will have the ability to think and act strategically, excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as high levels of sales and influencing skills. As the first point of contact for client queries, you will demonstrate exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills. An exposure to and understanding of outsourced workforce solutions & agency recruitment is highly advantageous.
