Your new role

• Maintaining and growing a portfolio of brokers & aggregator groups for commercial mortgages. This includes supporting new brokers with applications and onboarding.
• Achieve sales targets through growth, superior service & product range working in line with the company's proposition.
• Represent the company at professional development days.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism is maintained with external & internal stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of five years previous experience in commercial lending.
• Experienced in sales, be results, action and achievement orientated and have a proven ability to network and build relationships
• • Proven ability to connect with new brokers/ aggregators.
• Outstanding customer service, relationship building and team collaboration skills.
• Highly motivated, self-driven and able to work autonomously as well as in a team
• Comprehensive understanding of business lending terminologies and practices and principles secured by commercial mortgages, including an understanding of non-conforming lending.
