Social Affairs Department
Performance Services provides our COO with dedicated, forward thinking, strategic ad-hoc and operational management support. The team also plays a key role in enabling high performance through people, culture and digitally-enable real-time management and governance.
Should you join the Performance Services function, you will contribute in driving various bank-wide oversight and governance forums / workgroups and have the opportunity to manage business performance, oversight client tax reporting, third party engagement management, regulatory reporting and their framework implementation, run bank-wide business contingency and incident programme, lead people engagement and development, manage the Bank's archives and organize staff entertainment events. You will also work closely with various departments to coordinate and contribute to the bank-wide strategies including but not limited to environmental strategy initiatives for ESG.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Captain.

Principal responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of Food and Service at the Penthouse
  • Maintaining good contact with guests and event organisers
  • Provide professional wine recommendations to guest.
  • Ensuring overall hygiene, sanitation and safety of the Penthouse.
Requirements
  • F.5 or above
  • At least 3 years related working experience in Food and Beverage, preferably in Chinese Premium Dinning Restaurant, Club House or Chinese banqueting at luxury hotels
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
(Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior role.)
