Hang Seng Investment Management Limited - Chief Operating Office, Client Management Department
Hang Seng Investment Management Limited offers a full spectrum of asset management services to both private and corporate investors. The funds cover different asset classes, including global equities, bonds, money markets and foreign exchange markets. We also provide asset management services for retirement schemes, institutional investors and charitable organisations.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Client Management Manager.
Principal responsibilities

• Perform on-boarding and ongoing activities review of HSVM fund distributors, fund direct clients, institutional clients with investment mandate, participating dealers, market makers in full compliance of regulatory and Group compliance requirements
• Prepare suitability assessment for institutional clients
• Assist Client Management Manager (Institutional Investor) to formulate and implement business initiatives to achieve better customer experience
• Assist Client Management Manager (Institutional Investor) to implement Group and regulatory projects in relation to HSVM funds and HSVM clients
• Assist to discuss agreement terms with clients and obtain internal legal clearance
• Response to customer enquiries on portfolio status

Requirements

• University graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline
• Fulfillment of the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance
• Minimum 2 years of banking/asset management experience with knowledge of financial crime compliance and investment products
• Strong project management skill and organization skill
• Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua
