Financial Reporting Technical Support Specialist, Associate

Environment Financial Reporting department is responsible for preparation of financial statements for investment funds.

Position Summary
Do you have an inquiring mind? Do you have an eye for details? If so, we might be looking for you to join our Financial reporting team. As a Financial Reporting Senior Accountant, you will contribute to the deployment of client migrations to financial reporting tool and provide live support to our financial reporting teams as an application support specialist.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as central point of contact for system related queries
• Implementation of clients deliverables into financial reporting tool in line with available functionalities
• Cooperation with multiple internal and external stakeholders including clients, vendors and oversight team
• Analysis of the recurring issues reported in the logs and participation in preparation of the adequate actions plan
• Participation in projects and other tasks as assigned by the Team Manager
• Involvement in the training and development of other team members as necessary
• Maintenance of technical documents and procedures
• Own adoption of new tools and solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Application support work experience especially on cover-to-cover financial reporting tools would be an important asset
• More than 1 year experience in application support or financial services
• PC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• General knowledge of financial services industry
• Analytics skills and attention to details,
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills - verbal and written in English
• Ability to meet key deliverables within stated timeframes
• Curiosity and willingness to learn
