Investment Manager, UK Mid Market Buyout Fund

We are now working with a very successful UK private equity fund. They are now looking to recruit an Investment Manager to join them to focus on the execution of investments for the fund in the UK. The role has come about due to expansion of assets under management and increased deal flow.

The role will work across all industry groups and will be generalist role.

The role will involve the following:

Helping lead the execution of investments for the fund, working closely with the Partners.

Managing due diligence and origination

Execution of investments - valuations, deal structuring, managing advisors as principal, negotiations

Portfolio management - assisting with the portfolio of the investee companies through to exit

Active member of the deal team

They are interested in meeting people with a background as follows

Investment associates or managers with other private equity funds

Excellent deal sheet

Probably with 3 - 5 years investment experience

Previous experience in banking or consulting UK deal experience
