We are currently looking for talent to join our team as Business Planning Manager / Associate.

As the Business Planning Manager / Associate, you will / have to:
  • Support the CEO in all aspects of the running of office, including approval processes and working closely with different offices and to optimise management's diary and travel planning
  • Support the CEO in developing, driving and coordinating a consolidated business strategy, and actively participate in supporting strategy implementation
  • Identify and analyse strategic opportunities across the group; identify gaps and actions required to deliver these strategies.
  • Closely monitor the development, implementation and performance of business-critical issues
  • Analyze financial performance, including preparing and monitoring performance scorecard; and project portfolio status
  • Prepare presentations for events as required as well as monthly management reports and papers
  • Act as the main contact and information source in the CEO office, coordinate internal and external lines of communication with corporate affairs colleagues, and monitor communication flow among all parties
  • Support communications in the execution of the broader communications strategy and drive the CEO own communications plan, including drafting of communications
  • Co-ordinate with CEO team, including co-ordination of meetings and papers, agenda formulation, attendance and follow up on actions

It would be wonderful if you are/have:-
  • Degree holder or above in a reputable university
  • A minimum of 2 years' related experience in strategic planning, stakeholders' management and decision making preferably gained from financial industry
  • Ability to lead and control programme and/or project management in the context of a significant amount of change
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and with good communication and coordination skills
  • Willing to travel between regional offices
  • Well-versed in written and spoken Chinese is a great plus
