What you will be responsible for

As Middle Office Business Analyst you will
  • Proactively communicating and collaborating with business representatives to understand requirements, scope and acceptance criteria
  • Obtaining appropriate internal and client sign-off
  • Documenting and releasing internal impact assessment of the change request to the client
  • Escalating risks and issues to Change Management manager
  • Ensuring change requests are monitored and tracked through to implementation : follow up on solution including technical deployment and testing phases and status
  • Taking ownership and initiative, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables
  • Requested to perform project management of small initiatives from time to time
  • Proactively identifying and acting on opportunities to improve current processes

  • Knowledge and understanding of financial instruments/products and various markets requirements.
  • Ability to work, contribute, and communicate effectively and timely within immediate team, business personnel and remote teams
  • Requirement Gathering: ability to produce structured functional specification, including experience of User Story; proven ability to run effective workshops for client business users
  • Change Management Implementation: Being involved in projects from Business Case creation through to User Acceptance Testing co-ordination, test planning and execution
  • Flexible attitude and capability to work with deadlines
  • Excellent organization and time management

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management education or experience would be desirable
  • Previous experience (3-5 years) in Business Analyst in a Middle Office department
  • Previous experience if possible with SimCorp Dimension software
  • Diverse previous experience in an active business environment is beneficial
  • Relevant experience of business operating models
  • Strong knowledge of middle office processes.
  • Advanced PC skills including MS Office: (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Access)
  • French native language and Fluent English, any other additional language will be an advantage.
