Your new role
Your new role will see you:
  • Risk accountability forms part of all roles, as everyone is responsible for managing risk and compliance
  • Supporting the HO Remediation Portfolio Management (RPM) you will be responsible for:
    • Working collaboratively with teams across the Remediation function, to develop a systematised view of the portfolio by slicing data based on the needs of stakeholders (e.g. by stage in pipeline, by Division etc) and ensuring insights and trends are derived to support decision making and instigate action
    • Support integration of Portfolio and Pipeline Management disciplines in to Customer Identity Remediation &/or Banking Remediation
    • Support ongoing uplifts to reporting for Customer Identity Remediation &/or Banking Remediation
    • Provide support to teams to ensure high-quality reporting, tracking and planning
    • Contribute to the maintenance of infrastructure necessary to manage workflow and documents in a controlled high-quality way
    • Lead process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and standardisation in the Remediation process.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Product knowledge
  • Experience within Banking and/or Finance preferred
  • Understanding of regulatory landscape
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Compliance
  • Strong project management
  • Relationship management
