Hays are recruiting for a Equity, Fixed Income Portfolio support Analyst to join a leading Investment manager in London for a 6 month initial contract

Your main responsibilities will be;
- Working with clients and trading desks, with a focus on exception reconciliation.
- Amending trades as per instruction from the trading desks.
- Enhance client experience by identifying process improvements to increase the automation of daily processes.
- Running daily reports and investigating large volumes of data to find and resolve differences in trade economics Manage multiple internal and vendor systems to find exceptions and resolve.
- Identify risk and root causes of non-settlement and work with team to input resolutions to achieve settlement and mitigate risk
To be considered for this role you will need to have a background in Equities and ideally have worked across Middle office functions
Experience of client services and/ or middle office processes would be beneficial
Strong Excel skills are a must have requirement for this role
