What we do

Our proprietary software-as-a-service helps automotive dealerships and sales teams better understand and predict exactly which customers are ready to buy, the reasons why, and the key offers and incentives most likely to close the sale. Its micro-marketing engine then delivers the right message at the right time to those customers, ensuring higher conversion rates and a stronger ROI.

What you will do
  • We are looking for talented individuals to join our team in building the core components of our software that at heart of it uses machine learning and data intelligence
  • You will apply machine techniques and statistical methods to build core components to the software along with data engineers and software engineers.
  • You will perform analyses on large sets of data to extract actionable insights that will help drive decisions across the business
  • Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • You will work closely with product owners, designers, data engineers, marketing teams and others across the company
  • You will work on challenging projects using cutting-edge technologies
  • This position will bring analytical rigor and statistical methods to the challenges of measuring quality, improving consumer products, and understanding the behavior of end-users
  • You will be the subject matter expert and propose new ideas
Who you are
  • You possess 7+ years of related work experience in data analysis and machine learning (such as logistic regression, random forest, gradient boosting, deep learning) on large datasets, ideally in automotive-centric roles
  • You are a skilled analyst, adept at not just answering the "what", but, more importantly, the "why"
  • You are comfortable working with large and complex data sets and are capable of sifting signal from noise
  • You possess a Master of Science or PhD in a quantitative discipline (e.g., data science, economics, statistics, finance, operations research, computer science, mathematics, physics, electrical/mechanical/industrial engineering, etc....) or a Bachelor of Science in a quantitative discipline and 10+ years of related work experience
  • You are able to demonstrate mastery of the following:
  • Designing and building machine learning models using Python and/or R, SQL
  • The model building process - working with stakeholders to understand requirements, translating requirements into a clear understanding of what the model needs to do, capturing the right data and EDA, model selection including a broad, up-to-date understanding of the possibilities, testing, implementation, and communicating results to stakeholders.
  • Designing, implementing, troubleshooting pipelines in Cloud-based environments (GCP, AWS) and Airflow
  • Leveraging data visualization tools to share findings and and collect feedback on your analysis, monitor and communicate predictive model performance
  • Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and self-direction
  • Demonstrated willingness to both teach others and learn new techniques
  • You have a strong ability to analyze complex technical issues
  • You communicate effectively both orally and in writing and can translate technical topics into a commonly understood vernacular
  • You are able to work independently but have great collaboration skills
  • You enjoy being part of a focused team that can get the job done on time
  • You are a motivated learner who is excited to share your knowledge with the team
  • You regularly assess your own performance and adapt your work to achieve better results
