Responsibilities
- Strategy & Performance Management
Plan and execute the Group Audit strategic plan and activities across the region
Ensure alignment of strategic directions, procedures and standards across the region
Support achievement of Group Audit's KPIs through development and implementation of measurements metrics, scorecards and control towers - Process Transformation, Change Management & Journey
Support the transformation and adoption of end-to-end processes in Group Audit
Develop and execute Change Management activities and rituals to drive integration of auditing practices and DDOM in collaboration with functional and location teams for stronger assurance to the Board and Senior Management
Maintain pulse check to and pivot Change Management plan as needed - Data Management / Reporting & Communication
Prepare and ensure quality and timely submission of analysis, presentation materials, reports and plans to Management, Regulators and Stakeholders
Manage and execute communication strategies / outreach programmes to fulfil Group Audit's mandate - Budget and Expense Management
Track and manage Group Audit's budget and expenses
Support the development and implementation of annual budget plan - Competency and Professional Development
Track and ensure fulfilment of continuous professional development plan across Group Audit
Manage the delivery of key training and development programmes to build competency
- A relevant degree from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years' experience with relevant business or auditing background in a financial institution
- Excellent writing skills with proven track record of producing clear and concise communication for the intended audience
- Possess strong project management and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools and other presentation tools
