This role sits within the consumer banking business as part of the Singapore country marketing team supporting the Retail Marketing scope of work. The individual should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, and will collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to drive retail acquisition and integrated marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive integrated marketing, digital sales and acquisition for Retail customers across emerging affluent and affluent segments
  • Develop marketing campaigns across paid and owned media to optimize performance across the full marketing funnel, to achieve target media KPIs and business outcomes
  • Leverage data and insights to identify audiences for growth, improve the digital customer journey and implement relevant targeting strategies to drive performance
  • Analyze the efficacy of marketing campaigns through campaign data, analytics and conversion funnels
  • Manage external creative and media agencies to develop and deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns
  • Manage and scale marketing partnerships to drive awareness and lead generation
  • Work closely with business stakeholders across segment, product, legal and compliance, finance, channel execution teams as well as with the regional marketing counterparts
  • Manage and maintain all aspects of the marketing budget to ensure effectiveness in marketing spend, as well as invoice payment, accruals, forecasting, expense reconciliation and audit report
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Knowledge/Experience:

Essential
  • 5-8 years working experience
  • Strong digital marketing competence across performance, analytics and measurement
  • Marketing campaign and agency management experience, with a demonstrated ability to shape creative work and media strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to engage with internal and stakeholder stakeholders across varying levels of seniority
  • Proven analytical, project and process management skills
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment, comfortable working with both data and creative


Desirable
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the retail banking business specifically in the areas of acquisition, as well as the emerging affluent and affluent client segments
