Our client is one of the largest MNC insurer with an exceptional brand name and employee proposition. They are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for the Agency Distribution channel, to help drive their Agency growth strategy through initiating different sales strategy and closely working with agency stakeholders to accelerate growth under corporate direction.

What will you do?

• Initiate and develop agency strategies to support the business growth
• Grow sales and productivity through the delivery and execution of initiatives and promotion including the need analysis and support with strategic planning
• Participate in Digital transformation and orphan policy management to drive the agency growth
• Communicate and give coaching to agency managers, providing support and target planning to bring up overall performance KPI
• Responsible to identify and assist in the development of agency director, guiding them in the strategy implementation process.
• Strategies and initiatives and execution for digital transformation, financial planning
• Be the Communicator to effectively deliver corporate strategy and messages to channel leaders

Who should apply?

• 8+ years of experience in life distribution with sense in agency culture and market trend
• Expert in agency and corporate management is advantageous
• Strong leader while dedicated to deliver result and change maker to bring up the motivation and performance of the agency
• Welcome industry candidate with solid wealth planning experience
