Credit analyst- Hedge fund

My client is a London based credit manager that was established in 2020 and is growing AUM successfully across a CLO and a credit hedge fund. The founding partners have impressive track records in High Yield and Leverage Finance businesses and have ambitions to build a substantial and high performing credit platform.

They are looking for an individual to work as a junior analyst alongside experienced analysts, who will train them in credit analysis and investing.

Responsibilities

The role involves developing a broad range of analytical skills sets and investing styles ranging from par loan and bond investments to distressed workouts and short selling. Range of instruments encompasses bonds, loans, Credit Default Swaps (CDS) as well as a small amount of equities. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in accounting, banking , buyside or similar and possess good accounting, excel as well as strong verbal and written skills.
