Global Banking Division - Financial Institutions Group

Hang Seng's Global Banking business provides a broad spectrum of financing solutions to large corporations and financial institutions. As a strategic financial partner to corporate customers, Hang Seng offers a comprehensive range of products and services including bilateral and syndication loans, project financing, property development financing, property investment loans, working capital financing, trade financing, cash management and treasury products. Our experienced and knowledgeable professionals understand the specific requirements of our customers and are committed to providing tailor-made financial packages in their best interests.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Client and Portfolio Management Manager.

Principal responsibilities
  • Assist to perform client management function and ensure onboarding related business compliance for Financial Institutions Group (FIG) counterparty portfolio;
  • Conduct client consent process, FATCA client classification and standard customer due diligence process for FIG in compliance with the Group's requirements;
  • Assist to implement initiatives to improve FIG client onboarding and KYC completion process, and strengthen the operational control.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline;
  • Minimum of three years' banking experience, with good compliance sense and knowledge of financial institutions business / operations or client management an advantage;
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills;
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese;
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
