Investment Operations Analyst

Key tasks

Monitor daily operations within the investment team and report centrally any process failures, itemising root causes and identifying actions for remediation / optimisation.

Evaluate the Investment Teams' performance using the in-house workflow system, reviewing information on process efficacy, data quality (among others) and reporting this internally

Collate information for dissemination to external third parties in a cogent and effective format. For example, this may be data required by regulators and key stakeholders, or presentations to investors.

Provide support in liaising with the Marketing and Institutional Fundraising teams on investment related campaigns.

Working closely with the Investment Operations Associate Director to maintain and evolve all investment processes and associated policies used by teams and develop an in-depth working knowledge of the Teams' business practices.

Producing detailed reports on product performance, split by investment products within the private market sectors, assisting the relevant product owner as necessary for them to present the information in a dedicated forum.

Supporting the design and implementation of new information management systems.

Responsibility for obtaining and managing information on Environmental, Social and Governance factors applicable to the E&I sectors, communicating this internally and externally as necessary.
