Responsibilities:
- Assist the management to set and execute strategies for the bank's treasury business especially in the markets of option and derivatives
- Develop and implement marketing plans of treasury products mainly in FX option and rates option, etc. according to the Bank's business strategies, economic trends and market environment
- Enhance Global Markets' comprehensive trading capabilities, especially in derivative products
- Set up trading and business strategies and adjust accordingly based on market conditions
- Report sudden changes in market conditions to supervisors or management, and provide sound analysis in terms of trading and business strategies
- Cooperate with the sales and trading teams to meet growth and profit targets and ensure efficient use of resources
- Adhere to laws and regulations by regulatory bodies and the banks, as well as market code of conduct
- Complete tasks and objectives assigned by the management
- Bachelors or above
- Professional certification in CFA or CIIA or FRM preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in financial industry or minimum of 8 years of trading experiences in capital markets especially in option and derivative markets
- Proven track record on best execution
- Strong track record of P&L
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solid knowledge of investment theories and strategies, compliance and risk management with strong understanding of relevant local regulations, bank policies and procedures
- Possess theoretical and practical experience in investment market analysis and technical analysis
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese with good communication skills
