What will you be doing?

• On behalf of a global financial services organization, examine, analyze, and interpret accounting records to prepare financial statements, give advice, and audit and evaluate statements prepared by others.
• Specifically, review, assess, and refine the current documentation in order to help prioritize documentation workstreams ahead of the Federal Reserve Regulatory Comprehensive Capital Adequacy Review (CCAR) submission. Conduct model ownership and development across a broad range of PPNR and Balance Sheet models.
• Rely upon financial models running in sync and in parallel for CCAR testing.
• Understand the process improvement techniques for financial procedures and IT systems.
• Ensure the accuracy, validity, and controls regarding regulatory submissions and Board approved financial forecasts.
• Produce forecasts using quantitative analytical modelling and cover profit and loss, balance sheet, regulatory capital and other key metrics.
• Utilize regression statistics and the analytical tests used to determine model adequacy and forecasting and enhancing models.
• Responsible for utilizing various complex quantitative, accounting, and mathematical principles, tools, and systems, in order to carry out the sophisticated job duties, including CCAR, IFRS and GAAP Financial Modelling, SAP General Ledger, Optimus and BX IT Systems, among others.

What we're looking for:

Requires at least a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Accounting, or a closely related field and at least three (3) years of experience as an AVP, Auditor, or related occupation.
Qualifying experience must include at least three (3) years of experience with the following skills:

• Performing IFRS & GAAP Financial Modelling and Technical Analysis;
• Performing regulatory presentations on driver based model output including model methodology and intuition on business performance;
• Producing forecasts by conducting financial modeling to reconcile, analyze, and interpret model results against manually produced forecasts;
• Interpreting financial performance of an investment bank business;
• Experience with controls, audits, and stakeholder management;
• Experience with industry analysis, stress testing, Workiva, SAP GL, and BX IT Systems;
• Working knowledge of statistical performance measures such as R2, P-Value and F-Test; and
• Advanced knowledge of Excel's quantitative functionality.

Where will you be working?

oou will be working at our American Headquarters at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 37-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the façade of the building. The building is easily accessible to Restaurants, Shops and Public Transportation.
