Commercial loan processing expertise needed
Lead the team responsible for underwriting and loan administration processes in your lending area with a focus on our commercial and corporate relationship management process.

What you’ll do:

  • Coach the team in handling complex accounts and credit submissions
  • Recommend process improvements and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
  • Manage budgets, monitor sales and assist with strategic and resource planning
  • Help the sales team execute the relationship management process
  • Mentor the team to help identify employee development requirements, establish individual development plans, set goals and evaluate performance

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven leader and mentor who builds effective partnerships and relationships
  • Strong communicator with sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Solution-focused approach and a drive to succeed

What you’ll need:

  • A degree or diploma in business administration and at least four years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • An understanding of value-added business related to agribusinesses and the agri-food industry
