Strcutured Credit & Equity (Snr Asso - VP)

Our client is one of the top-tier investment funds, focusing on APAC direct lending/private credit, as well as structured equity.

They are looking for a strong leverage finance or structure Finance Associate -Director to join their private credit investment team, reporting to the Managing Director of Leverage Finance and Structure Finance in APAC. This job will be based in Hong Kong or Beijing.

Job responsibilities:

• Originates, structures and executes loans transactions, private credit, private equity, leverage buyouts, acquisitions financing, refinancing and restructurings
• Fully responsible for performing relevant credit analysis: financial analysis, fundamental analyses, financial modelling, legal analysis
• Fully responsible for preparing credit reports, pitch materials for client meetings, annual reviews and internal &external parties, especially new transactions
• Executing the due-diligence process and internal approval process to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the transaction
• Be productive and a leader in the senior management group by contributing the development of strategies and actions for the transactions process

Job Requirement:

• 5-13 years of experience in deal originations, leveraged, structured, project finance or private credit from an international bank, fund, or financial institution
• Familiar with the process of financial modelling, loan documentation, credit analysis and private credit
• Bachelor's Degree holder or above
• Proficient command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
