About this role

Black R ock is seeking a motivated individual to join the small but dynamic, Australia n Marketing team, based in Sydney, to support the growth of the iShares business in Australia, with a focus on the wealth segment. With more than two decades of ETF innovation and expertise, iShares is a trusted leader in the ETF industry.

This role is responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing materials and activities across the complete range of marketing initiatives including product launches, promotional and retention campaigns. These campaigns include website management , events (virtual and in person), advertising, collateral, digital, direct marketing and client communications, as well as working closely with our regional marketing teams and corporate communications to help deliver these activities.

Key responsibilities will include:

•Develop marketing collateral s such as brochure and fund flyer s ; field client requests, and manage compliance review processes

•Create locali s ed marketing content for events, co-marketing, product launches, tactical promotions, and online executions

•Partner with distribution teams in Australia to formulate effective marketing plans and materials to meet business objectives and priorities

•Partner with regional Event team to O rgani s e BlackRock proprietary events in Australia; showcasing BlackRock's thought leadership platform and investment capabilities

•Manage marketing budgets for specific projects and campaign activities in an efficient and responsible manner

•Work with local and regional digital marketing team to maximize the impact of integrated marketing campaigns for Australia

•Manage and analyse marketing campaign metrics to further enhance marketing campaign efficiency

•Collect market intelligence, turn it into insights and share with stakeholders and marketing peers

•Understand client behaviour, needs and market trends to create innovative and impactful marketing experiences

Qualifications and Experience

•Analyst level (upto 4 years of experience) with proven experience working in financial service s (marketing, media, product strategy or research); experience in asset management industry is preferred

•Effective execution will require strong and persuasive writing skills, significant investment knowledge and understanding of the asset management industry and the ability to independently develop and articulate strategic insights

•Good verbal and written communication capabilities

•Strong understanding of the investment management industry including investment products, client segments and the competitor landscape

•Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, be involved in many projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

•Highly effective in developing relationships with cross-functional and cross-regional team members

•Strong project management skills, including an ability to move projects forward in a complex environment

•Creative and self-motivated individual who works collaboratively in a high performance, team environment.
