- Duties:
• To support management in planning and execution of Personal Lending's' acquisition and portfolio management initiatives in all channels to achieve business target within the budget
• Responsible for the performance of unsecured personal lending products and participate in product development and system enhancement projects to enhance product features, improve customer journey, and comply with regulatory requirements
• Perform market and portfolio analysis for formulating business plan
• Liaise with different sales channels and operations to develop efficient and effective sales and operating workflows
• Work with different channels including telesales and digital banking to drive business from new customers and boost cross selling opportunities from existing customer base
• Monitor the performance of sales channels and evaluate programs results
Requirements
• University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualification
• Minimum 1-3 years of retail banking/financial institution experience, exposure in personal loan products would be an advantage
• Strong product development and project management skills
• Strong team orientation with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Immediate availability will be an advantage
