Principal Responsibilities
- To assist in coordinating the process of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and business forecast as well as Annual Technology Plan (ATP) in collaboration with business and functional units to support business and profit growth.
- To support on the central management for Insurance on prioritizing essential IT resources among business units that ensures key strategic initiatives can be delivered in progress
- To support the formulation of business growth strategies
- To support on MI reporting generation
- To support and perform valid and reliable marketing research, SWOT analysis and formulates tailor-made strategy plans for different product lines
- To assist competitive analysis on various companies' market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
- To prepare comprehensive AOP/ forecast/ strategic plan according to the company's strategic direction
- To work closely with Product, business and operations to monitor the business achievement of new products, campaigns and transformation initiatives
- Soliciting and coordinating materials for HSIC senior management
- To assist in Business Management tasks for HASE Insurance functions
- University degree in a business-related discipline
- Minimum of 3 year's banking experience, with exposure to insurance business or business planning an advantage
- Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently
- Good written communication, oral presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good quantitative skills to develop financial or operational models and data analysis
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
