Job Summary
Our client is one of the largest alternative investment firm which invest in capital on behalf of pension funds, large institutions and individuals.
* Manage professional administration of a highly confidentiality.
* Calendar management including scheduling appointments, confirming meetings, coordinating
with other Assistants and confirming meetings with clients, and offshore colleagues as
requested
* Coordination of meetings and conference (audio & video) calls
* Organize complex international travel itineraries and arrangements
* Log and supervise marketing materials, plan logistics for distribution
* Collaborate and support maintenance of databases
* Support creation of and maintenance of prospective list
* Handling of confidential documentation and correspondence
* Monthly reconciliation of professionals' expenses
* Liaise with international offices, clients, and external consultants
Requirements:
* Office /project management experience OR solid experience with planning and organisational
matters in a Financial Services environment
* Administrational & facilities tasks
* Dealing with sales team/investors, IT and/or Finance matters
* Event management
* Prior Salesforce, Excel, Powerpoint experience will be advantageous
