Responsibilities:

• Work with multiple teams such as technology and business groups globally to develop, test and release low latency software
• Collaborate with the business and project owners on specifications to deliver high quality products and streamline technology implementations company-wide
• Manage product deliveries, provide production support for applications, work on full development cycle and automation QA in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate an ability to analyze complex business/technical problems and make sound technical decisions proactively and in a self-directed manner
• Leading junior developers by providing guidance and mentorship

Qualifications:

• Industry experience in Core Java, Multi-threading, performance tuning in a Global Markets Front Office environment
• Knowledge and concepts in garbage collection, design sense and Agile TDD methodology
• Understanding of tools such as Gradle, Jenkins, Team City, GIT, Ansible and ability to pick up new technologies
