What will you be doing?

• On behalf of a global financial services organization, develop and enhance client management platform for Client Lifecycle program in order to automate a significant number of processes and allow Barclays to become the Go-To-Bank for client management.
• Design, develop and set up usability standards for the platform using tools such as PEGA or any other BPM tool.
• Understand business requirements and use cases to architect/design and develop Business Process Management (BPM) applications.
• Drive the creation and integrations of web services/databases/legacy systems using industry standards.
• Design class structure, data models and applications frameworks in PEGA or any other BPM tool.
• Lead and govern the software development life cycle (SDLC) of applications.
• Govern in business analysis and requirements gathering tasks performed by business analyst and assist wherever required.
• Provide solutions for technical improvements of existing solutions/applications.
• Use knowledge/expertise of PEGAs Rule Resolution, Inheritance, Circumstancing, Persistence, JMS/JNDI Connectors, PEGAs Multi-node architecture and caching for designing/developing BPM solutions in PEGA.

What we're looking for:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and at least five (5) years of post-baccalaureate progressively
responsible experience as an Assistant Consultant, System Engineer, or related occupation.

Must have at least five (5) years of progressively responsible employment experience with
each of the following required skills:

• Business requirement gathering, analysis and participating in PEGA's Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) sessions;
• Working with PEGA certified Lead System Architect (LSA) and other technology team members for effort estimation for PEGA enabled application and its requirements in conjunction with Agile methodologies;
• Performing regular code/peer reviews to ensure coding standard as per PEGA guardrails;
• Designing and developing BPM application by assessing complex business workflows and transforming them into digital processes in PEGA;
• Working with Application Administrator for maintenance of non-PROD servers by performing Server Restart, Log File purge, Cache clear, Code UNIX Shell Scripts, and schedule Autosys job;
• Using tools such as PEGA, PEGA frameworks- Smart Dispute, Survey, KYC, Sales Force Automation;
• HTML/CSS;
• PL/SQL;
• Java/JavaScript;
• Unix Shell Script & Perl script;
• Using JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins, Marklogic, Oracle, SOL Server, DB2, PuTTY & WinSCP.
