Account Manager - IPMI market

Successful candidates will be vibrant insurance professionals with strong interpersonal skills who can work with both Individual and Corporate segments.

The role will suit someone looking for next step and work on either larger size portfolio or lead a team

Responsibility:

• Provision of high standard of customer service and relationship management to maximize client satisfaction across both Corporate and Individual segments
• Be the first point of contact for day-to-day communications with designated clients, follow up on correspondence
• Work closely with other team members and departments both locally and in the region for new clients on-boarding and retention
• Take ownership in managing existing book of business to achieve business retention targets and organic growth
