- Provision of high standard of customer service and relationship management to maximize client satisfaction across both Corporate and Individual segments
- Be the first point of contact for day-to-day communications with designated clients, follow up on correspondence
- Work closely with other team members and departments both locally and in the region for new clients on-boarding and retention
- Take ownership in managing existing book of business to achieve business retention targets and organic growth
