Our client is one of the top-tier asset management companies with over USD 15 billion AUM, focusing on APAC direct lending.
They are looking for a strong Analyst- VP to join their private credit investment team, reporting to the Managing Director who focuses predominantly on SEA.
Job responsibilities:
Performing relevant financial analysis, fundamental analyses and financial modelling
Preparing pitch materials for client meetings and internal &external parties, especially new transactions
Executing the due-diligence process and internal approval process to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the transaction
Supporting senior management in liaising with meetings, supporting memos, and external communication process
Job requirement:
2-6 years of experience in leveraged, structured, project finance or private credit from an international bank or fund
Bachelor's Degree holder or above in Economics, Financing or related fields (CFA is a plus)
Proficient command of written and spoken English, additional languages are a bonus
