Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Develop financial models and conduct analysis
- Prepare detailed sector/company research
- Conduct valuation and market analysis by making use of trading and transaction comparables
- Draft relevant documents
- Support experienced senior management in investment decisions and portfolio management
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
- 2-6 years of experience in Corporate Finance gained in Big 4 Accounting Firms, Investment Banks, Boutique Advisory Firms, or Investment Managers
- Strong DCF and financial modelling skills
- Fluent English is a must
- Qualified CPA is preferred but not a must
- Strong work ethic, analytical skills and motivations
- Team player
