Our HR domains are: Graduate Recruitment, GIC School, HR Business Partnership, Talent Acquisition, Talent & Organization Strategy, People Analytics & Solutions, and People Operations & Advisory.

Join our Graduate Recruitment team as an Associate. The Graduate Recruitment team is responsible for the recruitment experience for junior talent joining the organization, managed via our scholarship, internship, and graduate talent programs. This role is a pivotal position within the team, providing administrative and operational support; this includes maintaining the applicant database, working on creative projects, reporting, scheduling, and other ad hoc duties. Working in a lively team environment, you will have every chance to make an impact and show us the skills and enthusiasm you have to offer.

  • Support a full-scale global recruitment process for GIC's graduate, internship and scholarship programmes (e.g., collate applications, liaise with other GIC offices, make interview arrangements, prepare offer letters)
  • Participate in campus recruitment branding efforts and activities (e.g., prepare marketing collaterals, swags and organize recruitment events)
  • Provide programme management support in terms of administration and scheduling
  • Partner other HR teams to streamline processes, and to share and learn best practices
  • Suggest ways to improve processes in view of increasing the efficiency for the team
  • Data management, handling of systems and UAT work
  • Track and collate recruitment statistics useful for management decisions

  • Diploma / Degree holder with 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Resourceful, able to take initiative, well-organized
  • Represent GIC well, as you will be the face of the organization to candidates
  • Able to interact well, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., set up interviews with candidates in different time zones, liaise with internal HR colleagues to drive deliverables)
  • Experience with events management/ planning is an advantage
