About Your role
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be part of the Transformation Team. You will be responsible for supporting business transformation by delivering flexible and
innovative capabilities and solutions aligned to the business strategy. You will work alongside business owners and stakeholders, project resources, technical delivery teams, and technology delivery and support teams and take overall responsibility for the end-to-end business and functional requirements of a project through to implementation.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of two strategic initiatives with a focus on technical and data requirements
- Assess current state and design and document future state processes, systems, reporting and controls
- Encourage open communication and discussion among stakeholders to aid in business decision-making, as well as the collection and dissemination of technical and business information
- Write technical specifications based on interactions directly with the business stakeholders
- Contribute to writing the Solution design document with the technology team
- Develop and validate the change impacts based on the proposed solution design
- Identify and contribute to the development of process controls
- Support in the development of test scenarios and acceptance criteria and oversee results
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Extensive experience in business process mapping and/or user journey mapping
- Proven experience in leading stakeholder workshops
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues to a non-technical audience
- Experience working with agile methodology
