Acquisition Account Manager, Global Commercial Banking

Responsibilities

• Active acquisition of New to Bank customers with existing business of 2 year or more
• Understand the business life cycle of small businesses to help them expand their reach and provide prudent financial solutions to support the companies' growth
• Provide advice and support to clients on their loan and transaction banking requirements
• Demonstrate good credit acumen with ability to mitigate financing risk to ensure robustness of our credit portfolio
• Work with Product Partners such as Global Treasury (GT) and Global Transaction Banking (GTB) to recommend treasury products such as Foreign Exchange (FX), Investments and Cash management solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prospect and cross-sell solutions to corporate customers
• Conduct periodic reviews of portfolio customers to ensure proper due diligence and KYC

Qualifications

• University degree in any discipline with at least 3 - 5 years' of working experience in banking or financial services
• Articulate with strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence customers' banking decisions
• Strong experience in Credit and Cash Management Sales preferred
• Highly driven and positively motivated
