Role Purpose

As a test analyst you are involved with technical analysis, business process analysis, defining test plans and perform end to end quality assurance testing on the Hatch platform primarily on the part of the system where it is integrated with FNZ.

Responsibilities

Delivery

Working closely with software developers and the delivery team to ensure the quality of code delivery with extensive test coverage both automated and manual. Participate in various team collaboration ceremonies such as standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinements. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure quality of delivery and solve customer problems. Support the existing platform

Risk

All of our people have a responsibility to understand, report and manage operational and compliance risk. This includes understanding business unit obligations, maintaining risk registers and complying with relevant policies, such as the operational and compliance risk event management policy.

Health and Safety

Skills & Experience
  • Strong analytical thinking and commercial awareness
  • Intermediate computer skills essential (SQL is desirable)
  • Excellent organisational, administration, and time management skills
  • Good communications and collaboration skills with other technical team members.
  • Experience in test automation not required but highly desirable
