Analyst or Senior Analyst or Associate - Fund Raising (PERE)

Reporting to the Head, you will be responsible in supporting the team in capital raising and product development.

This will include structuring and project management of new private real estate fund launches, ongoing capital raising efforts for existing fund vehicles, and ongoing development and management of client relationships and indirect marketing efforts

You will assist 3rd party private capital raising efforts including preparation of marketing materials, addressing capital partners' due diligence questions, organising meetings and road shows, supporting negotiations and preparation of fund documentation.

You will assist in team efforts to research, target, develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential capital partners and assist in maintaining centralised oversight of the investment management business including investment performance monitoring and analysis, investor reporting, governance and returns bench marking.

Requirements:

You are degree qualified with a Masters / Degree in Real Estate / Finance / Business Administration / Economics or other similar specialisation from a reputable educational institute and have about 2-5 years of experience in PERE/PE/corporate finance/financial advisory. Prior fund structuring and project management experience will be viewed favourably.

You are a strong team player, but also able to work independently. You possess outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
