Entry Level Client Reporting Analyst, Asset Management

Our client, a fast growing boutique international equities asset management firm in the west end has an entry level opportunity in client reporting & marketing production requiring internship or work experience gained in an investment management firm.

This role will work closely with a very impressive, yet humble and friendly Hiring Manager as a Client Servicing team of 2. Like most employees, including the fund managers, the Hiring Manager came from a large Global Asset Manager to be a part of a fast growing boutique asset management firm.

This is a replacement role as the current incumbent is moving to a support role in the Front Office within the firm. This is a varied role encompassing production of fact sheets, client reports & marketing materials as well as operationally supporting the Senior Marketeers offering enormous exposure in a small collaborative, flat structured asset manager. In time the role will also encompass some client facing responsibilities attending on site & virtual client meetings alongside the Senior Marketing Managers.

In this role you will gain exposure to an array of data contained in client reports and marketing materials. You will also have plenty of opportunities to add value automating manual processes. This is an excellent learning and development opportunity requiring a good level of Excel (VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables & Formula's) and PowerPoint skills and a passion for working in an asset management firm learning the business from the bottom up.

To be considered, degree educated candidates will have gained some exposure and understanding of a buy side firm gained in either an internship or work experience gained in a financial services operations role.
