We are recruiting a Finance Manager for a company in the Telecommunications area, with national and international reporting.

Descrição

• Drive the company's financial planning;
• Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations (includes payments and collections overview);
• Supervise all finance and HR personnel;
• Manage Accounts Receivables and Payables;
• Supervise Financial and Analytical Accounting;
• Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports;
• Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system;
• Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies;
• Liaise with external entities.

Perfil ideal

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field;
• MSc/MBA is a plus;
• Proven experience as Finance Manager or relevant role;
• Fluent in English, French is a plus;
• In depth knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS is a plus);
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and ERP systems (SAGE X3 is a plus);
• Ability to strategize and solve problems;
• Strong leadership and organizational skills;
• Excellent communication and people skills;
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
