Senior Manager or Associate Director , Regional Audit - Asia

A reputable and established life insurance business with established presence in Asia market is hiring for an experienced Senior Audit Manager or Associate Director for the Asia team based in Hong Kong office.

Your new role
As one of the senior team members, you will deliver audit plan, coach team and enhance audit programs covering Asia countries. You will engage establish relationships with business while executing audit plan, understanding their business processes, identifying key risk and emerging risks and supporting in implementation of stronger controls. You will plan and develop initiatives around data analytic risk assessment and audits and technology developments related to Audit programs. Within the team, you will support in reviewing team members work and continuous development of the team.

What you'll need to succeed

• 12+ years of audit, risk or control experience
• Experience in insurance or financial services industry
• CPA / CIA / CFA / FRM / CAMS or relevant qualifications will be beneficial
• Data Analytics experience beneficial
• Leadership capabilities with strong project management skills
