The Marketing and Client Relations team has responsibility for raising assets and maintaining relationships with investors, and it is looking to take on a Client Relations Analyst/Associate.
What the job involves
- Acting as a key point of contact for the sales team and to prospective investors/consultants
- Building relationships with existing investors
- Supporting the fundraising cycles, i.e. preparation of high-quality marketing materials such as standard fund overview presentation decks, PPMs, RFPs and DDQs for client proposals and meetings
- Utilising key fund and market level statistics to develop the market positioning of strategies / product range and communicating findings both verbally and in written marketing materials
- Organising investor update calls and producing / organising the annual AGMs for strategies
- Supporting and at times leading the fundraise process, including monitoring of the investor pipeline and communicating this to senior management
- Experienced with a strong academic background
- A sound understanding of the private markets, ideally with prior exposure to real estate, private debt or private equity
- Commercially and financially literate, demonstrating strong numerical and oral communication skills; excellent written and presentation skills
- Demonstration of an exceptional level of attention to detail
- Able to interact with senior management and clients
- A team player with an ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Pro-active, confident and self-motivated; ability to problem solve
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
