Citi Shared Services is an organization with a concentration of resources leveraging common activities across the globe.

Business and Travel Shared Services (BTSS) provides Client conference and hospitality services, Mail & Distribution services (mail & courier), Client Statementing, Archiving Services, Travel, Reprographics, Graphic communications, Managed Print, Office Supply and Switchboard operations across Citigroup.

CSS leverages Citigroup's scale and efficiencies in common activities that are not core to any individual business, with a goal of lower cost and higher service levels. The role of Regional Product Lead is to achieve these goals regionally for each product that BTSS Supports. Each of the Regional Product Leads supports one product to achieve the economies of scale and constant improvement in service and process provided by their product by means of Best Practice Transfer, Service Excellence and Technology update where beneficial.

As a Regional Product Lead the role provides strategic leadership and direction for Product Operations.
They are responsible for the product implementation and support regionally. To achieve this, the Regional Product Leads coordinate with the Regional Leaders for BTSS. They provide functional guidance to the regions on the product and its implementation and are the single point of contact (SPOC) for the product.

Responsibilities:

Expense Management & Budgeting :
  • Leverage and consolidate all suppliers and vendors to achieve cost savings
  • Lead efficiency and savings initiatives as developed by the global strategy and RFP results
  • Contribute to expense management and customer service by increasing use of best practices into the Product
  • Provide management information metrics on product operations and budgeting activities
Product Development :
  • Ensure global Managed Print initiatives are followed and enhanced.
  • Communicate Managed Print Product information to the BTSS team
  • Assist in the development of Managed Print Product innovations. Provide leadership (be SPOC) on enterprise-wide Product initiatives
  • Facilitate product update meetings with the product group/regional leaders on a monthly basis
  • Ensure technology review / update / replacement, where applicable
Leadership :
  • Organize, rollout and grow the Managed Print project, regionally.
  • Work in conjunction with Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC) on any RFP or tenders for Managed Print.
  • Managed the contract parameters and SLA's of the chosen Managed Print Vendor.
  • Work with internal and external resources to effectively manage the program and influence results.
  • Maintain the timeline and budget for rollout/implementation, including project management.
  • Implementation of the global Minimum Operating Standards (MOS) for the Product
  • Provide strategic input and guidance on a regional level
  • Proactively deliver and interface with customers, senior business leaders and third-party contractors.
  • Identify and monitor end-user requirements regarding printing and business requirements.
  • Analyze and report business issues, interruptions, program updates to senior business leaders.
  • Ensure performance of equipment and print servers.
  • Facilitate training for Help Desk Professionals and Service Technicians.
  • Liaise with global and regional management and technology to ensure the program/print services are migrated appropriately at each site.
  • Remain current on printing equipment and business needs and adapt to business changes regarding their printing requirements.
Communication & Relationship Building :
  • Encourage communication within Product community; co-ordination of cross-functional and multi regional/country projects/programs
  • Work and meet periodically with key senior management at regional / local sites to establish Service Level Agreements
  • Managing day to day client and vendor operations regionally
  • Leverage best practices among the regions by stimulating discussion on issues that impact the region
Requirements :
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in print environment, high demand, customer interfacing, technology and system integration.
  • Demonstrated process improvement and re-engineering experience.
  • Ability to lead a cross-functional team with differing backgrounds
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships across organizations
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, organizational skills as well as attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Available for up to 25% travel across the region
