Fluent Japanese FX Strategist

VP / Director - Fluent Japanese FX Strategist - Investment Bank, London

An Investment Bank is looking to add to their FX Business Unit and is seeking to hire an experienced professional in FX Strategist London. The successful candidate must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in Japanese.

Key responsibilities of the FX Sales role include:

• Responsible for providing strategies and market commentary on the FX market, key focus on emerging markets
• Focus on providing presentations in Japanese, for both internal colleagues and external Institutional and Corporate Clients based in Japan
• Liaising and building long term-relationships with clients by providing investment advice to clients, including market information

Key requirements of the FX Sales role include:

• Proven experience in an FX/Macro Strategist role at least to an VP level
• Extensive and in depth knowledge of emerging FX markets
• Willing to be based in London
• Native / Fluent in Japanese
