(Senior) Vice President, Strategic Partnership

Responsibilities:

Act as one of the key contacts with partner banks to establish, cultivate and strengthen mutually beneficial relationships.
Understand and accommodate partner banks' specific needs and interests.
Plan for events and arrange collaborative activities to foster relationships with partner banks.
Explore business opportunities and enhance synergy with partner banks.
Manage customer referrals from / to partner banks and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with different parties in the Bank to conduct research on clients' background, business and financial status and industry/market updates.
Keep record of customer referrals, meeting minutes and reports and prepare briefing materials.
Draft correspondence and any other relevant information for senior management of the Bank to partner banks

Requirements:

University degree or above preferably in business, finance or related disciplines.
At least 5 years' experience in banking sector, preferably with experience in marketing of banking products and services.
Pleasant, mature, pro-active, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English writing skills and preferably close to native English proficiency
