Senior Finance Business Partner

twentyAI are partnered with a global life insurer that have enjoyed a huge period of continued growth globally through multiple successful acquisitions in recent years.

As the business continues to grow, they're looking to bring a senior finance business partner into the team to support the senior finance team, be responsible for budgeting and forecasting, and help move to drive streamlining processes.

This acquisitive growth has led to a rapid build-up of scaled operations across several continents, a portfolio of group businesses and therefore a myriad of legacy platforms. This has arrived at a pace such that it is impossible for the financial control environment and efficiency of finance systems estate to have evolved in alignment.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the execution and maintenance of complete and accurate financial information in order to deliver management reporting to Executive Committee, including quarterly forecasting, annual and 5 year business plan
• Manage the implementation of more efficient and structured processes, utilising technologies to deliver more timely and insightful analysis re financial results, headcount, expenses and investment decisions
• Financial oversight to ensure business is run efficiently, tracking against business plan, utilising financial analysis to support business decision
