Description
This premier global asset manager has recorded strong performance and invest in diverse portfolio of assets globally. It is now recruiting a Head of Reward.
Responsibilities
Reporting to MD HR, you are responsible for driving the reward agenda in line with business strategy on a global basis. You will provide expertise, guidance, training and support on all areas of reward to business leaders and management team. You will design, develop and implement business specific policies, processes and plans, and align them with the business strategy. You will establish and maintain key stakeholders' relationships in order to ensure their engagement and sponsorship of the reward agenda. You will lead reward integration activities within the business and, where appropriate, support HR programs from reward perspectives.
Requirements
Degree qualified, you will have a proven track record working as a senior reward leader in MNC or financial institution. With strong interpersonal and management skills, you will have the ability to influence and communicate at all levels within the organization, and proven experience in implementing change. Financial services experience will be advantageous.
