Client onboarding
Requirements:
Marketing
- Prepare and update marketing materials such as corporate deck and pitching materials in both English & Chinese
Data analytics and management
- Research and analysis of presentation materials
- To manage online data room and ensure timely upload of reports for client's retrieval.
- Assist to prepare online data room for new fund launch.
- Record maintenance on the CRM system.
Client onboarding
- Assist to prepare client on-boarding documents include subscription agreement and board resolutions for new account opening and subscription.
- To prepare the client documents according to Compliance KYC checklist for review and follow up of outstanding documents
Requirements:
- Degree holder in finance, investments, business management or related discipline
- 2 years' relevant experience preferably in Finance industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge in graphic design, photos and videos production is a plus
- Excellent command of written English and Chinese
- Proactive, strong analytical thinking and able to work under tight timeline
- Fresh graduate with strong technical skills will also be considered as Sales & Marketing Trainee
