- Be part of the Global Markets, Commodities team in providing support to the China Commodity Sales team
- Opportunities to provide first class customer service and increase customer satisfaction
- Reports to the Director, Commodities Sales
Role Type: Permanent, Full Time
As an Associate, Commodities Sales, you will be responsible for-
- supporting the China Commodity Sales team to drive the development of the Commodity Sales franchise in China
- ensuring adherence to ANZ policies, limits, processes and external regulatory and legislative requirements
- supporting ongoing improvement of end-to-end operational processes
- performing risk assessments for new initiatives, process, products and business
- ensuring accreditation relevant to your role is maintained and applied
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -
- Proven commodity/derivate product trading or sales or research experience preferably with experience in Energy industry
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or Finance, Banking etc.
- Holder of SGE gold trading or Futures related certificate, CFA/FRM certificate or other commodity related certificate will be a plus
- Good command of oral and written English
- Good communication skills with internal or external partners and clients
- Strong sense of teamwork, responsibility and customer orientation
- Some knowledge on Microsoft office/VBA/Bloomberg terminal
