Group Audit helps the Board and Executive Management meet the strategic and operational objectives of the DBS Group. We conduct independent checks to ensure that the Group's risk and control processes are adequate and effective. All our team members are highly sought-after professionals who work as trusted advisors to our clients, in all matters related to a company's internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop and execute Audit's strategic plan and activities for Audit management, stakeholders and regulators
  • Lead the development of performance measurement scorecard, including developing appropriate measurements and performing analysis to guide and direct the fulfilment of strategic plan and KPIs
  • Design and implement Data Driven Operating Model, transformation journey and/or internal customer engagement initiatives to fulfil Audit's strategic plan and organisational value
  • Involve in ad hoc projects and initiatives as required
  • Degree holder with minimum 6 years' experience in project management or advisory services
  • Solid experience in managing projects, process improvement and transformation with prior experience in consulting firms will be a plus
  • Thrive on working in a fast-paced environment/ fintech atmosphere
  • Understanding of banking industry is preferable
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills with proven track record of producing clear, concise, organised and convincing write-ups / presentation material for the intended audience (e.g. stakeholders, senior management, Audit Committee, regulator)
  • Highly analytical with an ability to adopt a data driven approach
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools and other presentation tools, and experience with visualization, infographics for creative presentation is preferred
  • Team player with effective stakeholder management skill to work with different stakeholders (e.g. audit, data analysis / technology)
  • Innovative mindset for continued improvement and transformation to support the department growth
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Vice President.
