Your relevant practical experience in real estate or infrastructure asset management and/or investment management and your understanding of the international real estate markets will be essential in this role. Further, to succeed in this position, you will need to be:
  • Proficient in excel, PowerPoint and Argus;
  • Detail-oriented and able to complete documentation for senior-level audiences;

  • Be familiar with the real estate markets in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.

Requirements are excellent written and oral communication skills, high motivation, proactivity and resilience. You will demonstrate sound business judgement and possess strong interpersonal skills which will give you the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
